It was a gorgeous day today - almost 60 degrees and sunny. I spent most of the afternoon doing homework for my Macroeconomics and International Relations classes.... pretty mellow day.
Darrell had decided he wanted "comfort food" for dinner. So.... homemade chicken and dumplings as well as homemade peach cobbler was on the menu. I must admit - there's something about a bowl of warm peach cobbler that just gives me a warm fuzzy feeling!
