I think I'm in serious need of a mental health vacation. I'm constantly feeling tired - even when I get a nap, I'm worn down..... just in a "blah" mood lately. It's only 6pm, and I'm ready to go to sleep.
My problem.... how in the hell does one take a "mental health vacation"?? Having a day off from work and/or school won't do it - I'd just feel guilty sitting at home doing nothing. Maybe you're s'posed to have a change of scenery?? Who knows.... I'm off to bed.
